In this regard, this stand has been designed and developed for racetrack use, with the goal of facilitating maintenance operations on the motorcycle’s front end.
Its special design, based on a registered patent, makes it easier to fit and remove the front wheel.

The stand is made from a special aluminum alloy, custom-developed at our request. The tube is cut and, before bending, requires a specific heat treatment.

Manual Tube Fitting Process
Manual Milling Phase for a Perfect Fit
Once this phase is completed, we proceed with the manual adaptation of the tubes, using a tube milling machine to ensure a perfect fit.
Stamping and Precision Component Manufacturing
At the same time, we proceed with the stamping of the wheel support metal sheets and the creation of various billet components, such as the stand joint and pin support, using CNC machinery.

Each stand is marked with “Pierobon Patent.”
Precise Assembly and Welding of Stand Components in Dedicated Jigs
Once ready, the individual components are assembled into welding jigs, of which there are two: one for welding the upper part of the stand and another for the lower part.
Each subpart of the stand is fully welded within its respective jig.
Additionally, three supports are welded to the upper part of the stand: two are positioned laterally at the top to hold the brake calipers when dismounted, and one is positioned at the bottom to support the front wheel axle.
Surface Finish: Technical Anodizing of the Stand
After welding, the stand undergoes a technical anodizing treatment, which creates a protective layer integrated into the material.
The result is a surface that is more resistant to corrosion and scratches, ensuring long-lasting protection and stability over time.
Steel Pin with High-Performance Bearings for Maximum Stability
Included is the pin that fits under the steering base, made from steel alloy and mounted on the stand with the help of high-performance bearings.
