This modification is carried out to allow the installation of 200/55 and 200/60 tires, which cannot be fitted with the original configuration.
It is applicable to 1098, 1198, and 848 swingarms.

The process begins with the de-anodizing of the swingarm. A recess is then machined in the area that comes into contact with the tire, creating the necessary clearance.
The resulting opening is closed by fitting and welding a formed metal plate.

Once the work is completed, the swingarm is inspected and finally refinished in matte black.
